Career guidance is the process of helping individuals (school/college student or professionals) in making adequate educational and occupational choice and in taking career decisions based on the demand and requirement of the work. The training and placement cell of RUMA Institute of Pharmacy, Pratapgarh handles campus placement of all the student of pharmacy. The placement cell provides complete support to the students and visiting companies at every state of placement process. Arrangements preplacement talks, written tests, interviews and group discussions are made as pen the requirement of of the visiting companies.
